LocationBot ("we", "our", "us") is a SaaS platform that helps vending operators and micro-market companies find and pitch local businesses. We are operated by LocationBot and can be reached at support@locationbot.io.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and password (encrypted).
Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment data securely.
Usage data: We track how many pitches you generate and which features you use to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
Business contact data: LocationBot provides a database of publicly available business contact information (company names, job titles, locations) to help you find prospects. This data is sourced from public records.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion. Proposals and pitch history are stored for the duration of your subscription.

LocationBot is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
