By accessing or using LocationBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
LocationBot is a SaaS platform that provides vending operators and micro-market companies with tools to: find local business prospects, generate AI-powered outreach pitches, manage prospect pipelines, and create market proposals. The Service uses AI technology including Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini (Google) for content generation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Plans: LocationBot offers Starter ($9/mo), Pro ($29/mo), and Agency ($67/mo) plans, with annual discount options.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
Failed payments: If payment fails, your account will be downgraded after a grace period. We are not liable for data loss due to account suspension.

The LocationBot platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by LocationBot and protected by intellectual property laws. The AI-generated pitch content produced through your use of the Service belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULTS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCATIONBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@locationbot.io.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
